Here are some questions to be thinking about. These fall under several different categories of the topics that Kizzi listed above.

Should there be a limit to the number of blogs that can be posted per blogger per week?
Should there be a limit on the number of blogs per day or per week on the site?
Do we want a slow pace like notingDavid or a faster-paced blog like snarkies?
Do we need a gatekeeper(s) to control the flow of blogs, or show we just let it fly?
Do we need a small group (say 3) that could handle any disputes? This group could rotate.

These are standard rules about comments posted to this group. They are designed to ensure all users feel safe and and that the group keeps its focus.
